Since then, I have had unprotected intercourse with 2 people and protected intercourse with 1 person, all of which had showed me very recent clean STI tests (one also a test after), and hadn’t had sex with other people between the test and having sex with me.
On 2022-02-15, I’ve tested positive for cytomegalovirus (CMV) (note: most people test positive for CMV).
Note: This is very common—“Half of all people will have had a cytomegalovirus infection by age 40”
In 2023-12-26, for my immigration medical exam I had to test for class A and class B syphilis, and gonorrhoeae, and don’t have either of those (see screenshots below). They didn’t test for the other ones as far as I can tell.

Since then, I’ve only had safe sex with my wife (ie. only had sex with clean STI test from zir last sexual relationship which was more than 3 months ago, and ze also had a test recently that was still clean).
