In my memory, I had 0.5 myopia in one eye and 0.25 myopia in the other eye, and a bit of astigmatism, but that was probably from an older prescription. My latest prescription is shown in the following screenshot. I got glasses for them in 2015-09-12, but already had had the prescription for years at that point if I remember correctly. I used to not wear glasses, but now I often do, but I can function well without them.
