I'm open to different types of relationships with the child / family, from no contact ever up to whatever the threshold is between being a sperm donor and a parent (am also opened to parenting, but that's a different profile ☺), including leaving in some flexibility, such as adapting to the child's desires to some extent. My ideal is generally online contact with a couple annual visits if geographical location allows (ie. being a 'family friend'), but it will depend on how we relate -- let's figure this out in advance of course (even if what we figure out has uncertainty, as long as it's specified and agreed to)! Note that I have a 23andMe profile that could allow the child to eventually find me (maybe other technology, such as advance facial detection could eventually also allow for that kind of things) -- we can discuss what we would do in that scenario.
