Financial decisions
My general rule of thumb is that I’m willing to pay $1 to save 1 minute. If you need to take micro-financial decisions that would represent a significant overhead to pass by me, don’t pass them by me unless there’s a lot of them in a given week (like >$60). I’d rather just see an overview of the expenses at the end of the week.
Example: If Mariana needs $5 of data for the week, you don’t need to ask me Communication
if it's time sensitive, just lmk in the “time sensitive” fbm convo whenever, and if it takes me too long to reply, knock on my door (i would propose)
