Reducing overhead

I've been thinking I could send audio messages on FBM to give instructions, and I'd have my assistant still document them in AirTable, so I can comment on the task, change the priority or time cap, etc. (I can show you a template of the AirTable I use)
I asked my assistant to only asked me questions in the daily report of what ze has done, along with letting me know if ze's about to run out of tasks, instead of interrupting me during the day.
Use assistant good at understanding the intent of tasks without having to write a precise operationalization.
Maybe have a Calendly so they dont have to check-in with me if they book me with someone.
Delegating at a higher level, like a full area of responsibility instead of at a task level is very useful, but probably hard to do for your use case. Or give more creative freedom, but that comes at a cost of being less aligned with your preferences.
