with iSpy on Windows, i video record (i.e. with sound) at a frame rate of 1 image per second; that's about 1TB per year if running all the time
high quality audio on my phone is about half of that
Spyrix's ongoing screenshots of my 2 monitors generate about 2 million pictures per year, which is 133 GB
GoPro Max in mode 360 timelapse with 1 pic per 0.5 seconds, I think creates about 3 GB per hour
downloading your messages / fb data / google data is probably a great low hanging fruit too (and avoiding medium of communication on which you cant easily save the data, like SMS)
