Parking is extremely limited at Scripps Institution of Oceanography so we recommend using carshares, taxis, or shuttles. We have arranged hotel shuttle options back and forth from the La Jolla Shores hotel to campus meeting locations from Tuesday through Friday at the beginning and end of the day.

We have a limited number of complimentary parking permits per day that will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. To request availability, please email Hannah Gruen at
