Variable pay is now categorised into two primary categories → Incentives and Performance Bonus.
Performance-bound Bonus
For each closure of a lead that’s generated from inbound enquiries, the team is eligible for a performance bonus of ₹2,500, this will be divided amongst eligible team members in a pre-determined ratio.
For each ALS course closure that’s generated by the efforts of the creative & marketing teams, the team is eligible for a performance bonus of ₹510 that will be divided amongst eligible team members.
Sales-bound Bonus
The total pool for performance bonus will be fixed at 0.40% of the total revenue generated by the organisation → when the revenue is achieved > 50%.
The total pool for performance bonus will be fixed at 0.60% of the total revenue generated by the organisation → when the revenue is achieved > 80%.
Calculation
This year, the company is proposing to achieve the following:
Sales team revenue target → Payable for achieving > 80% → ALS Course
Calculation of ALS course candidates Total number of ALS sessions → Total number of batches in a session → Total number of ALS candidates → DM Closures
