Incentives are now categorised into two primary categories → Retention Business and New Business Development and Referrals.
Referrals
Incentives are also provided for each Referral candidate at par with the counseling team → 6% of total revenue generated.
Retention Business
The incentive for Retention Business will be fixed at 1% of the last year’s total revenue generated. This will not include any revenue generated from products/services not directly serviced by the operations team.
New Business Development
The total pool for new business development will be fixed at 0.5% of the total revenue generated directly handled by the Operations team → when the revenue is achieved > 50%.
The total pool for new business development will be fixed at 0.75% of the total revenue generated directly handled by the Operations team → when the revenue is achieved > 80%.
