Speaking with Leads via Close:
Call a lead via Close
Select Connected Call” once the phone has connected, and make detailed notes in the space provided.
Run through the and answer or deflect any questions as necessary
Select Booked Appointment when the lead decides to book.
Fill in all of the booking questions.
Make sure that you’ve asked their partner’s name, and ensured that they’ll be present for the consultation.
Offer the lead a couple of times to choose from within the next 24-48 hours, and create a placeholder appointment on the calendar.
Let the lead know which documents they need to send.

Rates Notice (If prospect is in Victoria)
Let them know you’ll send them an email with some information and confirm their email address.
Ask if there are any barriers to them moving forward with solar.
Remind them of their appointment time, and let them know that they can expect a confirmation call in the days leading up to their appointment.
