The second step is booking in a free home energy assessment with one of our specialists where they can go over it detail what system sizes are needed, how many units, products, pricing, repayments and rebates that you may be eligible for.

So may I ask you a few questions about your current set up and your specific needs?

What is your current heating and cooling set up? Gas? Electricity? How old?

How big is the home, how many bedrooms, living areas, etc?

How many systems do you think you’ll need, or do you want?

Do you have solar? (if not, have they looked into it?)

In terms of the rebates, do you own the home? (Check if there’s a partner)

Do you and your partner earn less than $210k per year?

Are you working? (Or partner)

Are you up to date with your tax returns?
