At Netflix, we all begin our onboarding journey in scheduling 1:1 meetings with everyone in the team. Whether in-person, or virtual calls, this is the opportunity to get-to-know your stunning colleagues. How you use this time is completely up to you but in case you get stuck, here are some useful tips / questions you can ask:

, the EMEA AV Production team is the regional team within Marketing Production dedicated to the production of AV (Audio-Visual) assets.

Marcela⁠

and

Sojo⁠

are your fellow AV Producers each dedicated to supporting different markets in EMEA.

⁠

Kelly⁠

leads the AV Localisation Production function, based in London.

⁠

Kaspar⁠

is also very new to the team having joined us on September 16. Based in Amsterdam he is here to support the Localisation, Import and Reactive workflows.

Although they are not officially part of the pan-EMEA team, there are 2 AV Producers based in London who are dedicated to the UK marketing team:

Andreas⁠

and

Ben⁠

. They do the same job as the other AV Producers but, given the size of the UK team and the significance of their content, their goals and objectives are solely UK-specific. Whereas in the regional team, we are focused on the region as a whole; with a drive to simplify and standardise our workflows using scalable solutions as the business grows and grows.

Other AV teams are based in UCAN, LATAM and APAC. We operate in very similar ways (most of the time) and stay connected to share insights and learnings wherever it makes sense to.
