Netflix is an exciting place to work, but it can also be daunting. We often say, “Change is the constant!” and there is so much information circling around (and accessible) that it can be hard to know where to start.
We’ve created this site as to help guide you through your first few weeks. Take everything listed here as a suggestion - if you find a workflow or method that works better for you than what we lay out here, that’s okay! Take and ignore what you need to from this.
Lean into our feedback culture
One thing we rely on heavily here at Netflix is feedback. So, as you go through your onboarding journey, please document any and all feedback you may have! It can be about this site, about the team, etc. Everything is on the table.

As you have feedback on this site, please take notes — within your first few months we will set some time to go over any feedback you might have collected so we can refine your onboarding plan, and also incorporate your thoughts into future onboarding plans. You can always, of course, also share any feedback with your onboarding buddy.
When was this site created?
This site was initially built in March 2021 but has been updated to prep for your start date September 30, 2024. We’ve added this timestamp because things move fast at Netflix, and knowing when this information was written/checked for accuracy may help with positioning your mindset later.
