Marketing Planning & Operations, Marketing Production Operations, Art & Print Production, AV Production, and Digital Media.

Art & Print Production - Art & Print Producer works on the key art assets, overseeing all aspects of retouching, colour correction and rebuilding of creative files into high quality, finished art to be shown in large-scale formats, such as billboards. They oversee localisation of title treatments and ensure brand, talent and guild guidelines are applied correctly, to ensure art integrity, legibility and impact. They also handle artwork resizing, adaptation and fulfilment for media buys. For more information here’s the
AV Production:
AV Producers oversee finishing (online conform, audio mix), localisation and fulfilment of AV assets. They manage audio finishing, and any colour grading, with post production partners. Other key duties include providing any video technical support to internal or external partner. They oversee localisation with Netflix Globalisation (G11n), Dubbing, and the AV Localisation team. As well as ensure all assets are versioned to spec and delivered (TV, Theatrical, Youtube, etc.).
Localisation Production - Partners with AV Producers, the G11n team, and external vendors to translate graphics, subtitles, maturity ratings and dubs into all languages with multiple formats and sizes for off service media placements.

Digital Media - Strategise and oversee Paid Social and Digital Out of Home media buys across EMEA (ex-UK).
Marketing Planning & Operations - Global idea and strategic planning team that maximizes the impact of import/export campaigns and initiatives for audiences around the world.
With an understanding of the nuances, business objectives and specific needs across each region, they assess marketing opportunities, evaluate country plans and bring valuable insights and perspective back to marketing teams to ensure campaigns are developed to create global impact. Within a title’s lifecycle they partner in the campaign planning, development and launch phases, driving global cross-functional and regional collaboration and ensuring strategic alignment for effective campaign execution.

Media Operations - Media Operations is the team that handles last mile delivery of media. They are a close partner in YouTube debut management.
Globalisation aka G11n - are the centralised team that works with vendors that provide the translations, subtitles and QC for all the languages supported by Netflix!
