EMEA AV FT Weekly Sync
The AV team meets weekly to discuss current and future initiatives, share learnings, and ensure we are aligned on all things AV Production. This is an important weekly touch point with the AV Producers who are assigned to specific regions, including the AV Producers dedicated to UK Marketing.

EMEA AV Extended Team Weekly Sync
The AV team meets weekly with our main localisation partner, Gong, to go through all ongoing projects’ statuses and general updates.

EMEA Regional Marketing Team Sync (Monthly)
The purpose of the EMEA Regional Marketing Team Sync is to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment among the marketing team members in the EMEA region. It serves as a platform for sharing updates, discussing strategies, addressing challenges, and ensuring that all team members are on the same page regarding marketing initiatives and goals within the EMEA region. Full team attendance from Art & Print Production, AV Production, Digital Media and Planning & Ops.

EMEA AVP/G11n Alignment (Monthly)
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss any challenges or proposed changes to how our functions work together. Particularly as EMEA is a complex region with a lot of languages, it’s important to share any insights or feedback in this open forum so we can continue to streamline our partnership and workflows.

EMEA Marketing Production + Cinthia Skip-Level (Bi-Monthly)
The purpose of this meeting is for the production team to have time directly with Cinthia, without the attendance of the function managers. It gives you the opportunity to escalate any challenges/pain points or raise questions about our regional team objectives or the wider business.

Monthly on the first Thursday at 4pm CET.
MENA
No regular meeting currently scheduled due to light slate of Marketing-supported titles. (To be created!)
SSA
Monthly on the second Monday at 3:30pm CET.
TR
Every Wednesday at 2pm CET.
