We want you to have the best product experience we can provide to you, and we’re happy to help make Arda your single source of truth for production and ordering information by pulling in data from other systems. At the Pro Tier, we’re happy to pull in any of the tables and databases that are supported by the respective APIs of Quickbooks and Shopify so that you can see your data in one place. Quickbooks actually supports a two-way sync, so you can edit the Quickbooks data that we pull into Arda right in the system and it’ll update to Quickbooks. You can think of the integration support offered in Arda Pro more like platform consolidation, bringing data from multiple places into one place, rather than cross-platform workflow integration.
Arda Enterprise
At the Enterprise Tier, we’re happy to build any custom workflow that would support your use of the product using the data and actions available to us. For instance, if production is completed in Arda, we can configure the inventory levels of that product in Shopify and Quickbooks to increase by the batch size. If a customer returns something, even though Arda doesn’t need to have a concept of returns, we can create a button to trigger a return workflow that updates the inventory levels in Shopify and Quickbooks, updates the relevant purchase documentation in Quickbooks, and attaches an image of the return. We can also sync tracking numbers between Arda and Shopify. These two APIs are very powerful and the sky is really the limit!
