Each of the following buttons will lead you to the explanation of each module of our learning experience design tool. Each SME (Subject Matter Expert) requires a brief orientation from our team of mentors on our learning experience design methodology and model. Each SME is expected to understand the differences between traditional presence-based training (Instructor Lead Training) and the possibilities of autonomous learning with interactive digital didactics and asynchronous relationships with the instructor. Our construction methodology is divided into two blocks: Inverse or Backwards Design, and Learning Interaction Design:
