This would be your starting point- a list of known employees with basic info. It’s filled with random data for the most part. The ‘Eligible’ field could be a formula evaluating a couple columns to determine if an employee is even eligible for the mentor program. 🤷♀️
This helps to weed out the number of candidates to review later on if we can automate who is ineligible right off the bat based on known criteria about the employee. 🏏
