A list of eligible applicants to review
The process assumes eligible candidates will be reviewed by an initial person, who can either deny the candidate, or send to the Chief Pilot for further review. 👩‍✈️
I filtered out applicants that didn’t meet the qualifying criteria for my use case.
So it’s really a 2 stage review process. An initial pass by someone, say a project manager, and then a final review by an official approver, in this case a Chief Pilot. Modify to your needs as you see fit!
