Use the “/” command and type “gmail” or navigate to insert panel → packs → Gmail

Authenticate using your Google account

Navigate to the

Email Forms⁠

to pre-compose your messages.

Optional: Use Automations (Document settings → automations or “/” → automations) so you can set it and forget it.
