Setup Checklist

Copy this doc and rename it with your group name in the title. Delete the cover page
Delete sample data:
Delete all sample data
Add Group Members and their email addresses (important so they get emails from this doc!):
Add your current music, with links to where to find it (or upload a sheet music file directly!):
Add all known events including rehearsals & performances to your group calendar:
Disable email reminders, if desired. By default, this doc will send all group members an email reminder the day before a scheduled event. To turn this automation off, in the upper-right corner click Settings → Automations → Event Email Reminders → and toggle it to off.
Customize your automated email content, if desired. Or just use the default provided.
Share this doc with your group: In the upper-right corner of this doc, click “Share” and enter your group members’ contact info.
