Improvements in Coupons
If an order payment fails the coupon used shouldn’t be consumed (in case the coupon is ‘only 1 use’ for example). Conditions bug (when orders greater than x) If ‘only x uses’ coupons are consumed when payment fails, customers are calling to CS with that problem. With M1 we had the same problem in Spain. Magento bug not allow use this kind of conditions
