Submit development requests within R-Graph to add backup & restore for new data sources. HYCU will use this input to help prioritize the development of new modules.

Right-click popup menus, e.g. to assign a policy to a discovered application to start the backups for the configuration and data stored within that application.

Hide/unhide nodes. You can now elect to hide particular nodes to further customize how you view your data estate within R-Graph.

Fit to screen. Resize the R-Graph tree so it fits on your screen.

Uncover unprotected applications and cloud services. In addition to discovering SaaS applications in use, HYCU R-Graph™ will now show customers the applications being used that do not have native backup and recovery capabilities and are unprotected by default. Remember, even in the cloud, protecting data is the customer’s responsibility. These capabilities enable the customer to answer these questions:

Does this application allow me to restore data or configurations that are deleted or corrupted?

Does this application allow me to create backups on a schedule that meets my RPO needs?

Does this application allow me to automatically store copies offsite, in the storage target of my choice?

Enhanced visibility options to make it easier to quickly see more information about data sources within your data estate

R-Graph has been enhanced significantly in the following areas:

Addition of a structured view for customers with a large dataset of SaaS sources.

Ability to expand and contract R-Graph nodes, as well as the ability to hide nodes

Indication of RPO and retention SLAs as offered by the SaaS service itself.

Increased flexibility to choose additional storage targets & database options

HYCU Protégé expands current public cloud backup target storage options with support for Wasabi S3-compatible storage.

The Google CloudSQL module expands the supported databases (Postgress, Microsoft SQL Server) with the addition of the MySQL database.

Expanded protection options for SaaS modules

The Atlassian modules have been enhanced in addition to backing up and restoring customer data, now also can protect Atlassian configuration data. They also annotate restored issues with the original issue keys.

The JSM module now supports the recently introduced team-managed JSM projects.

The Salesforce module supports Partner standard objects.

The Okta module adds support to protect Okta deployments that have been integrated seamlessly into your company’s branding (custom domain/brand) rather than using the Okta domain name. It also backs up system logs for auditing purposes.
