Thank you for participating in our Red Cross Supply Chain Innovation Workshops - We are taking a thoughtful approach to help shape the future of our biomedical supply chain in partnership with the Innovation Team. We welcome everyone to “think like a start up” to uncover ways that we can better improve our service delivery to our customers and solve internal pain points.
In the near term, we are asking for teaming across our three divisions - Lab Services, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Ops - to brainstorm ideas that could be opportunities for innovation. This is an inclusive process that we are opening up to everyone in our entire Supply Chain organization. We look forward to hearing your ideas!
