I saw the above post and believe I can help. While the general rule is true, that creating content that’s valuable to people is how you grow, the form that’s most effective for that is different on X than TikTok.
The strategy that I think would work well for Simon is what the Solopreneurs like Dan Koe, Matt Gray, and Justin Welsh use.
Your value pillars are Health, Wealth, Relationships, and Happiness. In line with the brand, we would focus on Wealth and Happiness to create stories, lists, and strategies with actionable steps.

This is in addition to the content you already create, interspersed with questions and quotes.

We can generate a ton of this content from the three most recent YouTube videos alone.
I would love to help write some of these threads, which could also be repurposed for other platforms like Facebook, Threads, and LinkedIn.

Your Product / Offer

Another thing I would suggest, your stories, lists, and strategies should always be followed up by a product / offer. HelpBnk can offer products for free while still making more money off the product / offer than whatever X pays out after 5m impressions, so I’m emphasising this part of the strategy.
People will watch a video, be inspired for a while, then forget it. There are a few key components they need to stick with it, circumstances permitting.
They need call to action and a guide, because...
People don’t pay for information, they pay for application.
For example, I could go to the library and dig through thousands of business books or network with tons of business people until I finally figure out what I don’t know I don’t know to take the next step in my business. But I don’t because my precious time on this earth is limited. It’s just not accessible to do it that way.
So I invest a small amount of time into downloading a free guide.
But I don’t use it. Why? Not because free has no value, but because written guides aren’t that accessible when I’m not sure how to apply it or I have blocks around getting started.
Some of us can get by just fine with the guide, but even more struggle.
This is when people start thinking they need a mentor.

What they really need is help with applying information.
And this is why good solopreneurs don’t only have written digital products, they have courses. Courses walk you through the application of the information like a mentor would.
Because there’s more help with application, people will pay more for courses, group coaching, and cohorts. There problems will be solved much quicker this way than trying to hack through it on their own.
But hold on, there’s another level.
What’s the quickest way to be able to apply information to your life?

Have another person who’s an expert on that information guide you through it personally.

People will pay the most for this, for direct help and ongoing guidance from another person who can solve their problem.

Note: I also think this product will solve the problem on where questions can be vague and confusing because people don’t know what they need. If they have some guidance and a checklist to go through as a primer, when they come on for personal help, they’re better positioned to ask the questions that will get them the help they need.

All of this is just taking a problem you know how to solve, writing it down and giving it to people for free, then charging for products that make the process of applying the info and solving their problems faster and easier for people.
Levels of Difficulty for Applying Information
Hard Mode: Randomly querying Library / Internet / People
Difficult: Having the information and trying to apply it yourself
Normal: Having a course or cohort, people to help you apply the info
Easy: 1:1 ongoing coaching and mentorship
God Mode: Being able to pay people to just solve the problem for you!

info

Note: We could take what I just wrote above about information vs. application, tweak it to work as an X thread, and rebrand it with Knowledge vs Help ;)

Simon doesn’t have time to help everyone, but HelpBnk can offer a guide (and maybe more hands on help as the platform grows).
I had already been in the process of taking them and making checklists from each of the concepts to help people. Once this is completed, this is one digital product / offer. Offers go at the end of every X thread. Here’s an example of the copy:
“Need a guide to start your own million dollar company? Sign up to download our checklist. If you get stuck at any of the steps, reach out for free help at HelpBnk.com”
The link goes to a landing page and bam, you’ve got another email list segment.

Proposal

I can help with any or all of these:

Creating digital products from Simon’s YouTube Videos. I could have one ready within one week.
Writing regular threads for X in the form of stories, lists, and strategies with actionable steps. I can commit to 2 per week currently.
Generating a posting schedule by topic for a few months out
Any infographics needed for the above

Let me know what you think and if I can help. Xoxo Jess
