Send / Draft Thank You Email (TYE) :Disables if the TYE result column is not blank. Once the TYE button is push once, it will populate TYE results (a unique string that also allows you to open that email once your personal gmail has been linked).Send / Draft Follow Up Email (FUE) : Disables if the FUE results column is not blank. Once the FUE button is pushed once, it will populate FUE results (a unique string that also allows you to open that email once your personal gmail has been linked).
The table and calendar view below both have the same interview data, just displayed differently. I’ve included some test data for reference, click the “Clear Data” button below to delete the data.
If you prefer drafting emails and checking prior to sending, hide the send email columns and use the draft email button columns instead. The button below will draft / send all emails in the table but clicking each rows corresponding draft / send email button. Each individual rows buttons have the following disable rules in place:
