Photogrammetry

A process of comparing and combining images to measure a 3D object and recreate it as a 3D model.

RGB+D camera

A camera that records color 2D visual images and video and depth information. This 2D image is mapped onto the 3D data through software to create a 3D video. RGB+D stands for Red, Green and Blue plus Depth.

Volumetric video

Volumetric video captures time and space in 3D. The result is 3D video that has both the depth and position of an image. Volumetric video can be viewed from different angles on playback.
