Red classes are classes where there are not enough devices for each learner.
Two Probooks do not connect to wifi. Again, we are unable to fix this onsite and Robert has been unable to assist.
As the CAT lab is primarily for Seniors, the juniors use the iPads. Due to the above technical issues, there are no junior classes (grade 0 - 3) where there are enough devices for each learner.

MathU
Our maths department has been told they must use a new app for maths, MathU. Most of the time, when they try to use it in class, learners get sent to me to either find out why their passwords are not working or to borrow a device. There have been multiple other EdTech lessons interrupted by this, which - when it is only an hour a week, makes a huge impact on the class who is supposed to be with me or with the devices at the time.
SD logins
In classes with 10 or more learners, I have not managed to get them all logged in during one lesson. I do not have adequate control over their passwords and the password portal is not updated in real time. The incorrect version of Microsoft was being used on all the new laptops - a problem which I flagged and which has not been fixed yet. This meant learners had to sign in up to 5 or 6 times in a lesson, which is incredibly time consuming. Moreover, learner accounts get blocked or suspended for reasons I am not aware of and I am not able to fix the problem in the classroom. This happens almost every lesson, and that child has to pair up and essentially misses individual working time on their projects.
Supplies
In the beginning of the year, it took 8 weeks for Art supplies to arrive for the Senior School. At this time, we were also waiting for the laptops to be set up properly. This means that, while we did alternative activities and crowd sourced the materials needed, the official curriculum was improvised for 2 months.
