our executive concierge is calling the pre-approved list of Realtors in your market that are closing a minimum of 8 buy-side transactions per year.
(Note: These lists can be obtained many ways, please let us know if you need assistance)
Your Executive concierge is calling the entire list as often as possible.  Once the initial phone call is made the agent is dropped into The Executive Recruiter follow-up campaign.
This is the first call script that goes out to the list.  These calls are made at a maximum of once a week.  Once you have connected with the real estate professional and used this call script you use call script 2 and then 3.  (These are listed at the bottom of this script)
Call Script #1 - The Irresistible Offer
Hello (LEAD NAME),
My name is (CONCIERGE NAME) and I am calling from (LO NAME’S) office at (COMPANY NAME). with a home seller lead opportunity.  May I have a minute of your time?
No: (LO NAME) has heard some great things about you and asked me to reach out.  When would be a good time to talk with you? 
WHO DID THEY HEAR THAT FROM:  (LO NAME) asked me to give you a call and I am not sure who it was but he/she has been working with a lot of realtors.
Yes:  (LO NAME) has heard some great things about you and asked me to reach out.  We are wondering if you can take on more sellers. The service is completely free.  Are you interested in getting more details?
OFFER: 
YES:  Do you have leads you haven’t spoken to in a while?
NO: Do you have leads that you want to have called to generate business?
YES: Our mortgage business grows by helping you grow your real estate business.
We provide you with new buyers by having our team work your old real estate leads and turn them into pre-approvals and then referring them back to you.
The leads can be from any source including Zillow, Realtor.com, Boomtown, Google, Facebook etc.
Our team of lead conversion specialists works your leads, turns them into pre-approvals, and refers them back to you and the entire service is free. 
If we close a loan that is how we are paid.
We also have the ability to help you get more referrals and deals from your past clients as well.

Objections
WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS FOR FREE? 
(Client Name) is willing to do this for free because these are technically free leads for them.  We supply the conversion and you supply the leads.  They get paid the same way as if you sent them a client and this process builds a better relationship between the two of you.
WHAT’S THE CATCH? 
We are a local mortgage lender.  If we close a loan that is how we are paid.  Now, our goal here is to wow you with our experience together so you want to send us even more of your business but we are more than happy just working the business that we create for you.  So, if that’s a catch I guess that’s it.  What time works best for you…
I ALREADY HAVE LENDERS THAT I REFER.
That’s great and we are certainly not trying to disrupt any of the existing relationships that you have.  We only want to work on the pre-approvals that we bring to you.  Your existing referral pipeline will not be disrupted at all and this gives you an opportunity to try out another relationship that is built around growing your business.  Can you think of any areas where you see room for improvement with your existing relationships?  Perhaps a new option can help you fill some of those gaps.
Script Modifications
Keep in mind that the purpose of the call does not change.  The purpose of the call is to book a 1 on 1 call between the Real Estate agent that you are calling and the Loan Officer / Mortgage Broker that you are booking appointments for.
