The Executive - The Pre-Approved Buyer

This call campaign goes out once per week to your pre-approved buyers.  This campaign creates more deals and profit for you in 3 ways.
1. You win more deals by keeping you in touch with your pre-approvals and keeping them with you rather than losing them to another lender.  (Online or a referral from a realtor to another lender)
2. You generate exponentially more profit from every pre-approval because you are turning them into an ongoing referral source while they are shopping and networking with all of the other buyers that they know. 
3. You are laying the early groundwork for a lifetime of referrals from this client once you close the deal with them because they understand upfront that you are in the business of referrals and that you want every referral that they can send!
The Pre-Approved and Referring Script
Hi Firstname,
This is CONCIERGE NAME from LO NAME’s office.  How are you doing today?
Now that we are working together I am going to be checking in periodically to make sure that you have a 5-star experience with us.  (Only use this for the first call)
Even though we understand that you are still shopping we wanted you to know we are still here for you.   It’s normal for little questions to pop up during this part of the process so we are just checking in to see,  Do you need help with anything?
YES - Answer the questions if you can. 
If they are ready to go or want to talk specifics about their loan … That’s an excellent question and I want to make sure that you get the right answer.  Is it ok with you if I schedule LOAN OFFICERS name to call you back at DATE and TIME to help you with that?
