Milestone Update - The Accelerator

This campaign is designed to reach out to the listing agent on the other side of the transaction and generate new referral relationships for you.
We are attracting your new referral partners using the hook of The Milestone Status Update.  We are productizing our service and weekly calls to make your business stand out and give you a unique edge to give your referral partners a reason to send their first referral.
Don’t forget that all of these referral partners should also be going into your custom audiences and seeing your ads on social media and YouTube using our Local Celebrity campaigns.
The campaign is designed to get you new referral relationships.
Here is how the campaign works.  Every week (On Thursdays) your Executive Concierge reaches out to all of the real estate agents on the other side of the transaction that you are working on.
You are packaging this weekly call as a brand new “Milestone Status Update Program”.  It’s important that you use the name and talk to your realtors about it like it is a product because that makes the product tangible and gives it value in the mind of the Realtor. 
It’s not just a phone call.  It’s a product that you have taken the time to create and give to them and it makes you stand out above all the other mortgage lenders they are working with.  It also gives them something to call it while they are talking with their other real estate professionals when they are referring you.
The first part of the campaign is the call that goes out from your executive concierge.  They leave a message using the script if the agent does not pick up.
Then the lead goes into the Milestone Status Update Accelerator campaign inside the Connect My Leads CRM campaign.

I am calling you today because we are working on a deal together.  
For all of the Realtors that we work with directly we provide our Milestone Status Update which is a program that keeps you up to date with every client you have working with us so you never have to chase us for updates or wonder about the status of your deal! 
Although I can’t provide you with any specific updates on our buyer I can tell you that they are following our process perfectly and that’s always a great sign.  We are all working hard to make sure that this deal closes for you and that you get your commission.
