Milestone Update - New Buyer Agent

Hello “Buyers Agent” my name is Maria. I’m on the Richardson Lending Team at City First Mortgage. 
We have a mutual client together TOM SMITH at 123 MAIN ST.  They let us know that Congratulations are in order for helping them find their new home! 
We have been working with TOM for "4 months" and Wes wanted to make sure that we reached out proactively about their loan approval.  So, first off ... do you need anything from us right now?  Perhaps an updated pre-approval or a call to update the listing agent to let them know that everything is going smoothly on our side?
Yes, = Provide the service, note all of the asks on the client file and send to the appropriate parties and set a reminder to follow up.  Then move to (i)
No = That's excellent, now I just have another quick bit of valuable information for you.
We understand that one of the biggest pain points that our Real Estate Partners experience is feeling like they have to chase their lender for updates.  Which we work very hard to make sure that never happens around here.  In fact, we value our real estate partners so much that we have created a program called our Milestone Status Update so you can get phone updates at your convenience OR you can use our brand new phone app to get updates on your deal.
The app will give you updates on "Tom’s" loan at each stage in the loan process like, In Underwriting, Approval, CD Sent, Clear To Close, Funded etc.  Would you like me to text you a link to the app or do you prefer to receive loan updates by phone call, text, email? 
This is very helpful, thank you.  So I can make sure I get this setup to your liking ...How often do you like to receive updates, as they happen, 1x week or bi-weekly?
Now, as we work with "TOM" our concierge team is going to be asking for referrals at key points during the transaction.  If we collect a pre-approval would you be willing to work with us on that deal?
