All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment for small towns has been held for several years. This application winner includes a set of documents on social and legal context, multi-stakeholder engagement (integration and participation), multi-functionality of the land, economic benefits, and overall-based landscape architecture development.

During the project to improve the central square of Galich, the project team discovered the essential needs of residents and various stakeholders. The project included response solutions to all needs. Different activity scenarios and many functions to ensure a comfortable extended stay on the square have been proposed.
