All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment for small towns has been held for several years. This application winner includes a set of documents on social and legal context, multi-stakeholder engagement (integration and participation), multi-functionality of the land, economic benefits, and overall-based landscape architecture development.

The space is adapted for outdoor activities for residents of Uvarovo and guests of the town of all ages. During the project, a design code for new elements was developed. Gazebos, a navigation system with stands and signs, trade pavilions, sports and play facilities, including pond landscaping and boating, are planned to implement.
