🧩 Session Flow (15 minutes)
🟢 1. Warm Re-Entry (2 min) – Stefania Opens
“We’ve covered a lot this morning — tools, risks, frameworks, and real talk about the unknowns. Before we head out, we wanted to create a little space for reflection and connection — and to bring the ‘human’ back into this conversation about intelligence.”
Set the intention for the session:
This is not a wrap-up presentation. It’s a moment to connect with each other, share what’s resonating, and think aloud about what responsible leadership looks like. The panel will stay to join the conversation too. 🧠 2. Opening Prompt to the Room (3 min)
Ask a single, open question — either let a few people share answers out loud, or ask for a show of hands followed by a few voices.
Suggested question:
“What’s one tension you’re currently holding when it comes to AI and your people?”
Follow-ups Stefania can gently offer:
Between what’s possible and what’s ethical Between business demands and employee trust Between tools that help and tools that harm 📌 Tip: Acknowledge any vulnerability or honesty in the room — this builds trust quickly.
💬 3. Invite the Panel to React (4–5 min)
Turn to one or two panellists and ask:
“Having heard these reflections, what would you say back to the group — from your role?”
This adds depth without shifting back to presentation mode. It also models continued dialogue and reinforces a we’re all figuring it out together feeling.
🤝 4. Softly Invite Future Connection (3–4 min)
Stefania transitions into the peer connection ask:
“One thing we’ve heard over and over — even in the survey responses — is that people want to learn from others. What tools are working, what policies are being tested, how people are writing AI usage guidelines… all that’s evolving fast, and you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.”
“We’re starting a WhatsApp group as a light-touch way to keep this dialogue going — no sales, no pressure — just an easy place to stay in touch as you try to do this well.”
Then:
Hold up a QR code linking to the WhatsApp group Pass around a signup sheet / tablet / slide Invite those interested to opt in — no expectation 🎯 Desired Outcomes
By the end of this session:
Attendees will feel heard and not alone in their challenges You’ll have created a natural lead-in to the WhatsApp group The event will end not on “content overload” but on connection and continuity
