A strategy for the events that we will attend, speak at and organise ourselves. For the events we will attend/try to speak at, we will focus on HR, Payroll, Global mobility and avoid tech conferences.
Why?
Events have always been a great source of leads and customers We have a lot to say and it has to be heard at scale To push the conversation about problematic EoRs - not all EoRs are the same. To drive awareness that we're the trusted experts in the space. Learn and get product vision Which ones do we go to and who from the team goes?
From a of events, we will prioritise the ones, which are truly relevant. Predominantly Dee/Emily will attend/speak but we can look into sending sales to some for biz dev and payroll for learning. Scoring
Quality and variety of attendees - decision makers/executives/practitioners (the higher level the better) +
2. Purpose for attendance - sell/learn/network/partner (sell gets highest score and should be prioritised but learning should be there as well)
