🎤 Facilitator Script – Final Session

“Why Humans Still Matter: Global Employment in the Age of Intelligence”Facilitator: Stefania | Duration: 15 mins

💬 Opening (2 min)

“We’ve covered a lot this morning — frameworks, risks, leadership tensions. Before we wrap, we want to leave space for something different. No more slides, no more panels — just real reflections, from the real work you’re doing.”
“This session is about bringing the ‘human’ back into the AI conversation — and making sure we leave today a little more connected than when we arrived. At boundless we ponder on all these questions all the time.”

🧠 Prompt to the Room (3–4 min)

“What’s one tension you’re personally holding right now when it comes to AI and your people?”
“At Boundless, we think a lot about where AI helps — and where it doesn’t. One of the clearest lines we’ve drawn is around support. We know how important human guidance is for our customers, especially when they're dealing with sensitive HR or compliance issues. Could we automate more of that? Probably. Would it save us time? Absolutely. But we also know it would make for a much poorer experience. So we’ve made a conscious choice not to automate the support we provide.
That said, we do use AI extensively behind the scenes — like for querying our knowledge base, or as Dee showed earlier… [insert Dee’s example here]. It’s about using AI where it helps people do better work — not replacing the parts that actually require a human.”
There are many shades of tension, so what are yours:
Balancing what’s fast with what’s fair
Knowing what’s legal but feeling unsure what’s right
Seeing great tools but fearing long-term cultural risk
Wanting to act — but waiting for clearer guidance
Let 2–3 people speak (short shares). Acknowledge vulnerability and honesty.

🎤 Invite the Panel to React (3–4 min)

“Let’s hear a quick reflection from the panel. You’ve all been sitting with these questions for a while — what stands out to you in what we’ve just heard?”
Let 1–2 panellists offer closing thoughts — brief and conversational.

🤝 Transition to Connection & WhatsApp Invite (2–3 min)

“What we’ve heard today — from this room and our panellists — is that no one has all the answers. But we’re all asking better questions.”
“To help keep that conversation going, we’re starting a simple WhatsApp group — a place to share tools you’re trying, policies you’re writing, or challenges you’re stuck on. No sales, no pressure. Just peers figuring this out together.”
[Point to QR code slide] “You can scan this now if you'd like to join. Or wait for the follow-up email — we'll include the link there too.”

🪑 Invite to Wisdom Circles (Final Minute)

“And if you'd like to keep talking while we finish our coffee — we’ve set up four small wisdom circles around the room. Each one is hosted by one of our speakers, and you’re welcome to join whichever conversation feels most relevant:”
🧑‍⚖️ Legal & compliance with Kolvin — bring your AI policy and risk questions
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 People & People Ops with Caroline — talk implementation, adoption and impact
🤖 AI in HR tools with Giovanni & Emily — discuss what's being built and what’s coming
🧠 Reflection & continuation with me (Stefania) — if this session raised something for you, come chat
“You're welcome to float between them — or just stay and have a final conversation with someone new.”
“Thank you all for being part of this today — and for leading with such thoughtfulness. We need more of that in this space.”
