To Discuss: We identified the need to share with mentors the unique “demand dynamic” we’re in since we’re approaching mentees with a proposition instead of mentees actively seeking out the mentors (as what mentors may be normally used to.
Mentees are “passively interested” at this point (which is okay)
We’re in the “pre-evangelize” stage (Pre-evangelize > Evangelize > Catechize)

FYI - George, Michael, Tom are brainstorming guidance for the progression of these meetings. We’ll have one-pagers ready for mentors along with virtual calls to prepare mentors with the guidance.

FYI - Michael put together the “script” he’s been using to describe the apprenticeship model to mentees/mentors. As we get this more refined, we’ll update the script to then be used as a tool in recruiting, marketing materials, etc.
