Whether you're checking on a project status or making decisions about an upcoming launch, the Timothy Collective weekly Leadership Meeting doc serves as both a collaborative space and a point of reference for anyone not in the meeting.

To Discuss with Fr. Lino today
We want to re-group with Fr. John Klein to ask/discuss:
Question: What does the total “world” of RC encounter team young adults look like? Get a headcount and make sure we’re addressing them first.
Question: What existing activities/experiences do Fr. John Klein have planned for the RC young men that the Timothy Collective mentors can help to “level” up and participate in? (”level up” meaning offering to host it at an interesting place, provide food, etc.).
"Moment of Truth" Experience Planning
Last week & this week, we brainstormed about how to bring exceptional experiences to mentees early on and make the TC program stand out. We came up with the idea of creating an “asset inventory” - i.e. collecting all the “assets” mentors have that could be leveraged to drive great experiences for mentees. Follow up items to be aware of:
TO-DO: Michael will make a video explaining the apprenticeship concept to Mentors and ask for an "asset inventory" from them. Michael will share with George in advance of sharing.
TO-DO: when we get closer to the 3-meet stage, we discussed Tom potentially scheduling a group call to do a group coordination/brainstorm with mentors on the experiences they can help facilitate. Activities to include:
Significant others/friends
Just for the mentee group

Guide for 3-Meet Schedule/Meeting Topics
As we approach the 3-meet stage of the process, we’ll want to be prepared with a structure for mentors to follow to help guide the progress of each meeting to culminate in the decision to move forward or not with the pairing.
TO-DO: We’ll be scheduling a brainstorm meeting to come up with the progression and framework. Some initial ideas we discussed:
Opportunity to discuss “burning” top-priority topic
Meeting 1: Personal/Professional
Meeting 2: Spiritual
Meeting 3: Logistical - what does the mentorship look like practically speaking
Donor Relations
Donor Update/Add'l Ask Deck
TO-DO: Over the next 2 weeks, Michael will put together a straw man story/deck using materials Inoh put together.
TO-DO: Michael & George to schedule time to review initial story/straw man (after Michael is ready) - Michael will share WIP deck proactively once it's created.
