Caroline Monteiro
The daughter of two community leaders, I was inspired from an early age by my parents' activism, especially my mother's, whose work in the community was so recognized that a street in Fortaleza was named after her. This environment of leadership and social engagement cultivated in me an intrinsic passion for social justice. I have a degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), a Specialist in Social Project Management in Third Sector Organizations and in Social Work, Public Policies and Social Rights from the State University of Ceará (UECE).

Cleuse Soares
I'm passionate about building bridges between seemingly disconnected areas: technology and territory, business and equity, academia and community, innovation and social justice. I work as a nexialist, connecting knowledge and experiences from different fields to promote real transformations—especially in contexts of racial, gender, and territorial inequality. With a trajectory built on grassroots and listening, I've developed projects that combine innovation with purpose, using tools such as racial literacy, ESG, productive inclusion, and, more recently, Artificial Intelligence as social impact strategies. I've integrated AI ethically, intentionally, and inclusively, leveraging communication, data analysis, and solutions applied to the development of territories and social businesses—always with a focus on strengthening peripheral narratives and democratizing access to technology. I'm the founder of Morro do Silício, a movement that connects peripheral communities to technology, education, and entrepreneurship, developing Black and female leaders with a focus on autonomy and belonging.
