When should I expect an update on my application?
Each stage of the hiring process typically takes 3 to 5 business days. In most cases, the entire process takes 7 to 10 business days from the CV submission date.
Will I be notified by STEAM for Vietnam if I don't progress past any round?
Certainly, we will notify you of the results for each round via email within 3 to 5 business days. Be sure to check your inbox!
What is the difference between long-term and short-term volunteers?
Long-term volunteers are individuals who join STEAM for Vietnam as part of a team for an extended period. They are committed to contributing continuously over time.
Short-term volunteers are individuals who support events or specific projects for a short period and do not plan to stay involved long-term.
