First Two weeks
Complete the new hire checklist from HR
Spend a time ramping up on Coda product, and ramping up on being able to write code.
At the end of one week
Completed getting setup checklist in the onboarding doc
May be about to start on the first code lab, or have already started on it.
At the end of two weeks
The HR checklist is done.
Have a good understanding of Coda product, how to create docs etc.
Have an overview of how code cycle works, submitted or close to submitting a real PR
Done with first two code labs, and potentially even the third one.
Started on the fourth code lab.

1-1 Frequency
Weekly for first six months. Revisit frequency at that point
