3. Have Client Create an Account using LEGAL First Name & Last Name (What is on Drivers License)
4. Have Applicant put in Address that MATCHES THEIR DRIVERS LICENSE
5. Put in their Annual Income (Higher the Income - Better the Approvals)
MAKE SURE THEY STOP BEFORE PUTTING IN INCOME & LET THEM KNOW TO →
Tell them that it’s their gross income, so before taxes. Should be around 20% more than what hits their bank account

6. Have Applicant Check Profile Information (MAKE SURE THESE FIELDS ARE FILLED OUT)
Next step is to go to their profile settings by tapping their initials up in the top right & Have them fill in all information such as if they are not already filled out:
Birthday, Address (that matches their ID), Email, Annual Income
Step 2: Create Application Link to Send to Applicant
1. Log into CopeCart - Hover Over the Correct Product → & Click Phone Offers
(To change product amount → Go to: One time payment → Change amount)
2. Get Applicant’s Address Data & Fill this Out
(DO NOT PUT YOUR INFO - THIS SHOULD MATCH INFO OF ACTUAL APPLICANT)
Keep in mind, the information here should 100% match the info of the client who is applying.
Ex: Wife & Husband → But Wife is going through application → DO NOT USE HUSBANDS INFO here
3. Click on Send Form for Payments
DO NOT CLICK ‘Fill Buyers Payment Method’ - This will save you a ton of time!
DO NOT FILL OUT THE ACTUAL APPLICATION FOR THE CLIENT - They must be using their own devices or you will run into ID Verification Issues since they track IP Address.
Best Practice: Don’t use spouses phone/computer to apply
Step 3: Walking Client Through the Affirm Application
This is what the APPLICANT WILL BE SEEING!

“Hey ____, so when going through the application - can you wait before submitting anything or moving onto the next page. I will go through it with you to make sure this is super smooth & easy - there are a few things I want to look out for. Once you click on the link I sent - click on the box that says ‘Affirm’

Step 3: Choose Payment Plan
If an Affirm Account was Created BEFORE THE APPLICATION - It will redirect them to THIS STEP!
THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE APPROVED FOR!!!!
We don't know if they're qualified at this point. This part is essentially just to get client to pick term length.
Let client know this is not what they are approved for - this is just to select the term length!
(Have them choose the longest term length for lower monthly)
Keep in mind - if they see a plan, this does NOT guarantee that they are receiving this offer specifically
Step 4: Filling Out Additional Information (Last 4 Digits of SSN)
Have them move on and complete the next steps (STILL NOT APPROVED YET)

MAKE SURE THEIR BANK OR CARD INFO IS IN THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO IS APPLYING! DO NOT USE SPOUSE OR DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNT!
This page will show if your applicant got approved & for what terms.
[LAST STEP] Once Completed - Confirm Transaction is Complete
→ Go to ‘Transactions’ Tab on Cope Cart Portal [ONLY VERIFY USING TRANSACTIONS PORTAL]
You might have to wait 3-5 minutes before it populates..
BUT, you will see Order ID - Click on most recent transaction’s Order ID hyperlink & see if the information aligns with the person you are talking to!
