Step 1: Have them ‘Accept’

Step 2: Type United States for Issuing Country & have them select ‘Driver’s License’

[IMPORTANT] Step 3: Have them Click on ‘Continue with Phone’ to get a unique barcode to take pictures with their phone if on computer!

Or Have them take upload a photo directly if on phone -

MAKE SURE THE PICTURE IS SUPER CLEAR with NO BLUR, NO GLARE, and the ID TAKES UP THE WHOLE FRAME where you can read the info CLEARLY. They can take a picture HORIZONTALLY to make everything bigger.

(Make an emphasis on this! Try not to nonchalantly state it - Tie this down for best results!)

This is important! The tech is analyzing the picture so make sure it is 100% clear!

Step 4: Try to have prospect take a selfie that BEST matches their ID. EX: If they are NOT smiling in the ID - do not smile here
