Payment Interval

Minimum Payment → Put 250

ACH or Wire Transfer

Routing Number

Account Number

Click the Green ‘Save’ at Top Right of Page

Upload front & back of your government issued ID

Upload personal proof of personal address or business address (bank statement, utility bill, etc.)

If you are a business, you'll need to submit a copy of your business or trade license office document.

If you are a US Citizen, resident of the United States, or business within the United States (including territories), you must complete

IRS Form W9⁠

NOTE: Make sure to SIGN ON THE FIELD BELOW

If you are not a US citizen, not a resident of the United States, and your business is conducted outside the United States, you must complete

IRS Form W-8BEN⁠
