The design phase is where we plot the roadmap for an online learning experience. It's where we plan the overall structure, content, and instructional strategies. This phase outlines how the learning objectives will be achieved, what materials and activities will be used, and how the assessment will be conducted.

Essentially, it's about translating the goals from the analysis phase into concrete and effective learning design.
