Everybody craves feedback, and everybody wants to learn and grow so that they can push themselves further both professionally and personally. Sometimes it's hard to know where to start, and in our chaotic lives it can be challenging to find the time to invest in these crucial areas.
This tool will help you be more proactive in your approach to development, make it easier and quicker to build this habit into your routine, and allow you to be more intentional about what you focus on and more data driven in how you track your improvements.
1. Identify
tip: this could be through personal introspection, or external feedback from a manager or peer - take some time to add why this is important for you to work on

tip: don't stress too much about the accuracy of the rating - just having a benchmark to start with is extremely helpful
tip: rate yourself after meetings with both a quantitative score and qualitative notes so you can start to associate behaviours with results
