Sponsor Post Content Calendar

Posting Strategy

Daily posts until all sponsors are covered (1–2 weeks).
Use carousel posts (multiple images), short Reels, and Stories for extra reach.
Tag sponsors in captions, on photos, and in Stories.
Reuse sponsor tags in other recap posts (BBQ, campfire, morning routines, etc.) to maximize impressions.
Collect metrics 3–4 weeks after final post to share back with sponsors.

Week 1

Day 1 – Hippeas Post: Carousel of Hippeas bags in welcome bags + snack tables. Caption: “Snack fuel from @HippeasSnacks kept our campers moving all weekend long 🌞💛 600 bags gone fast!” Story poll: “Cheddar or Chickpea Puffs?” Crosspost: Any meal/snack recap can tag Hippeas again.
Day 2 – Vegobears Post: Campers with candy, close-ups of welcome bag shots. Caption: “Sweet moments powered by @Vegobears 🐻🍬 A favorite grab-and-go at Bear Music Fest.” Story: Emoji slider “🍬➡️🐻 how much do you love Vegobears?”
Day 3 – South Forty Snacks Post: Snack table and merch tent sticker shots. Caption: “@SouthFortySnacks disappeared so fast we had to pace them out 🤯 A crunchy crowd favorite.” Story: Quiz: “How long did our South Forty stash last? Day 1 / Day 2 / Whole fest”
Day 4 – Taste Salud Post: Dining table setups with Salud packets. Caption: “Hydration with flavor 💧🍓 @TasteSalud was on every table for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.” Story: Poll: “Water + Salud = 💯?”
Day 5 – Rancho Calaveras Honey Post: Mini bears on tables, honey jars at coffee stations. Caption: “A little sweetness from @RanchoHoney on every table 🐝🍯 Attendees loved it.” Story: Question sticker: “What’s your favorite way to use honey?”
Day 6 – The Good Chocolate Post: S’mores night shots, welcome bag chocolate, merch tent samples. Caption: “S’mores + @TheGoodChocolate = peak Bear Fest energy 🔥🍫” Story: Emoji slider “🔥🍫🔥 how good is this combo?” Crosspost: Any campfire or s’mores content → tag Good Chocolate again.
Day 7 – Juneshine Post: Opening night cheers with Juneshine cans. Caption: “We kicked off the weekend with @JuneshineCo hard kombucha ✨ It went fast.” Story: Poll: “Juneshine at camp? ✅ or ✅”

Week 2

Day 8 – Bitchin’ SaucePost: BBQ spread shots with sauce cups. ​Caption: “The BBQ MVP 🥕🥦🥖 @BitchinSauce was the condiment everyone kept coming back for.” ​Story: Question sticker: “What’s your go-to dip flavor?” ​Crosspost: Any food recap → sneak Bitchin’ Sauce in again.
Day 9 – LonoLifePost: Morning shots, campers with steaming cups. ​Caption: “Warm mornings with @LonoLife broth 🥣☀️ A lifesaver for early risers.” ​Story: Poll - “Morning starter: ☕ coffee / 🥣 broth”
Day 10 – Dr. Bronner’s Post: Festival bathrooms with soap bottles, attendee/staff hands. Caption: “Festival favorite 👏 @DrBronner staff and campers raved about how your soap saved their skin.” Story: Quiz: “Which Bronner’s scent was most popular? Peppermint / Lavender / Almond”
Day 11 – Old Bridge Cellars (Greg Norman Wine) Post: Dinner pours, wine at the bar. Caption: “Wine nights courtesy of @OldBridgeCellars 🍷 Campers loved the Greg Norman collection.” Story: Poll: “Wine with camp dinner? 🍷❤️”
Day 12 – Redwood Tea Estate Post: Tea Tranquility event shots. Caption: “A calm moment with @RedwoodTeaEstate 🍵 Our Tea Tranquility gathering was a highlight.” Story: Emoji slider “🍵➡️🌲 vibes check”

Layering Sponsors into Other Posts

BBQ recap → tag Bitchin’ Sauce, Hippeas, Taste Salud.
Campfire recap → tag The Good Chocolate again.
Morning routine post → tag LonoLife, Rancho Honey, Redwood Tea.
Wellness/eco recap → tag Dr. Bronner’s + Redwood Tea.

Metrics Plan

Collect impressions, reach, engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) 3–4 weeks after the last sponsor post.
Package into a one-pager for each sponsor (screenshot + stats).
Send as part of the festival wrap report with a thank-you and teaser for next year.
