Pay-It-Forward Community Tickets
Purpose
Enable fans to subsidize passes for lower-income music lovers, strengthening community ethos and unlocking donation revenues
If 4% of attendees fund one Pay-It-Forward pass, 48 vouchers generate $4,800 incremental revenue offset by equivalent extra attendance cost (meals & lodging). Even at cost parity, goodwill marketing value plus incremental merch/ beverage spend by recipients lifts net earnings 10–15% on those tickets
