Request API Credentials

Revel has provided instructions on how they would like us request API credentials in the table below:

Receives email request

● Check if the customer has a Partner Connect subscription, which is a requirement to integrate with partners in our ecosystem of integrated partners. If they don’t, Revel will send out an order form to e-sign.

Note: Partner Connect subscriptions are not required for enterprise customers.

If applicable, receives and e-signs the Partner Connect order form. We cannot move forward until the customer completes this step.

Releases API credentials to the integrated partner in a separate email. ● SLA: 2-3 business days For customers that need to sign a Partner Connect order form, please note that SLA is 3-5 business days from the day Revel receives it.
